I tried to contact Option Racing's customer service department many times in several different ways, but I was unable to contact anyone to discuss the problem. Their customer service department seems to be imaginary. They charged my credit card immediately, however, after a week they had not shipped our part. Tried to contact the company via e-mail and their inbox will full. Tried calling the company and the voice mail was full. I was able to reach one person who claimed to be in a warehouse , however he would say he would transfer me to someone who could help and and hung up on me 3 times.
