Ordered a PC it arrived about a week later than they said and it would not power on. I called tech support which told me to feel around for loose parts. Finally I told them I just want to return it. They said their policy is that they will not pay for shipping if I want to return it. We've bought several Cyberpower machines before (altogether 4 in the last 7 years) so it was a real surprise when my partner and I ordered nearly identical machines (same components, different cases) and mine began making a grinding noise on startup within a month of purchase. Sent me a system that failed after 1.5 months. I called and offered to get a pay for a better component and pay for shipping and they wanted to send me a replacement part from same manufacturer that had a history of bad components. It took a few weeks to get the computer I ordered from Cyberpowerpc. This was not a problem, as I was expecting it. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the computer. They paid for the shipping to send it back (great). They returned it to me after the motherboard was replaced, but it had the same problem with the sleep mode. Love my PC - hate the company. I purchased a PC from Cyberpower this past December. I had a few issues and contacted their support. I got no help from them! When I asked for their suggestion about what card to purchase to add USB ports all I got was note to just go out and shop. File complaints with the BBB, your state Consumer Affairs Dept and the FTC!! Terrible customer service. Takes months to get issues resolved. They will not refund your money after 30 days, and it takes about that long to get a call back. Computers built with terrible parts! My motherboard, video card, and hard drive were dead on arrival. Upgraded 3.0 flash drives were a joke. I was told they "probably were damaged in shipping". Not worth the risk! Cyberpower is ran bunch of snakes. They shipped me a computer where the CPU fan is blocked by the case fan and won't spin. They will not replace the CPU fan with one that actually fits in the case, they will only replace it with the same one that will not fit. Read More »

Do not do business with this company. They take way to long to process orders. I ordered a new 1500 dollar system on January 15th with an expectation of shipping on February 1st. After one week of no movement on the order page, I contacted them to find out what the heck is going on. Quite simply, terrible service. They first decided to put a hold on my PC and then simply cancelled it. They wanted to charge a minimum of $150 for shipping. Their "customer service" was useless. This is the second computer I have purchased from cyberpower. This is also the second time I had a good experience. My computer came just about when originally estimated. It was very well priced and well packaged. It fired up on the first try and was, as advertised, whisper quiet. The peripherals were also in good shape and well packaged. Cyberpower PC is a clear winner in my book!!! I worked with Bobby W. and found him to be most helpful. He made sure I received the computer on time (overnight) and helped me along the entire purchase. Went with Cyberpower instead of Dell (last 5 computers have been Dell) because frankly I was looking for better value. I got exactly the computer I wanted. No issues at initial boot up and everything is working great. I ordered an i7 GamerFTW series desktop to meet the needs of our survey department's custom software needs. The rig has exceeded our expectations. I selected a 3 day build with 2 day shipping and received the unit in 4 days. The quality of shipping materials as well as the build was very surprising. I was very skeptical about purchasing a custom computer from the internet that wasnt from dell, hp, etc. But after extensive research on a few different custom build websites I choose cyberpower. He emailed me the link and I was in business. I was able to tweak it a bit, and then ordered it.
