We had a great experience with Steve Smith the owner. He came out to inspect minor mold damage. Rather than charge us an arm and leg to fix it he simply told us how we could fix it ourselves, all the steps required and the materials needed and where to find them. He of course said they would do the work if we wanted them to, be he saved us a ton of money by giving us the directions to do the repair ourselves. He didn't charge us for the visit. I just recently had a water damage in my house. Servpro was onsite within an hour of me calling. David the technician who came out was extremely polite and sensitive to the issues at hand. He explained in detail what will be happening and if I had any questions he could not answer that I could contact the general manager directly. After dealing with servpro of murrieta I would not reccomend them to anybody. Lied to me many times and still have not lived up to the promises they made to me! I have no choice but go after them in court! Very sad situation! Read More »

This company helped me with a water damage recently that effected my entire home. SERVPRO was GREAT! They were very professional. The owner, Steve Smith and his staff walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions and even helped with my insurance adjuster. Overall this team took a very difficult situation and made it easier to deal with. my experience with this company was very poor, and very unprofessional, if I can warn anyone, I would say please use a different emergency company within the area of murrieta, there is alot more choices, and this company did not follow through with agreements. Read More »
