My boyfriend has been trying to get this cancelled for EIGHT months. He wasn't even told it was an auto-ship program to begin with. Ordering Wen last 2012 year turned out to be the worst experience ever!!!! So thankfully I did not order from the infomercial since I have read nothing but poor reviews. I did get mine through QVC and have been playing with it over the last few weeks. This is a scam. I started the free trial with wen because I heard that they were good. Before my trial ran out, I noticed that money had been taken from my credit card for wen. I had not made the purchase. I called wen and asked them what happened. It turns out that when you sign up to receive wen, they charge you monthly. I did not like this product at all. It left my hair so greasy and if you order it once you are signing up for a constant supply every two months, I called and cancelled the account, first customer service is horrible. You have to pay to return the supply, and then you wont get your refund for 4 till 6 weeks after they received the product back, and not only that they keep charging to your account until they processed the return of the product. The product is fine even good but as many people have stated before their business practices are predatory. I completely support creative people making lots of money, but I do not support unethical business practices. When you "try" the product, there is no way to know that you are automatically going to be sent more and your credit card charged. While Wen Hair Care did not work for me and my girls, the company showed great customer service after TrustLink contacted them. They refunded the additional monies charged to my account, made sure no other charges would be incurred (product was in route back to the company), and reaffirmed that the account has indeed been closed now.
