Good customer service and monthly follow ups on when your next service date is... they send you email notifications and messages on monthly saving deals and more, very convenient oil changes and car washes, if it takes too long which the majority of the time it doesnt, they will give you a complimentary loaner car to take home until your car is done being serviced, two thumbs up! Friendly staff, many of the used cars i have purchased in the past have broken down within a few months maybe a year at the most, i bought my used 2011 camry form hooman toyota and it has been running fine ever since, i also get free oil changes and shuttle rides to and from the dealership when my ar is being serviced and also free loaner vehicles for however long my car is being serviced, great perks Read More »

Great service!!! I get my Toyota Venza serviced every 3 to 4 months for its required oil changes and tire rotations… and not once has Hooman Toyotas service department nor sales department come to fail me. DON'T EVER GO BUY A CAR AT HOOMAN TOYOTA!!! They are scammer's. Hooman Toyota is a rip off...They sold me a 2001 Mercedes on September 5th 2010, I took the car back to them on the 6th of September because the Transmission was slipping...They took the car in and told my wife that the car was acting this way because it was in the Sport Mode...Three months later the transmission went out and they now tell me that the transmission went out because I drove it in the Sport Mode...I consulted a Mercedes dealer who told me that, the car being driven in the sport... Their financing department is either incompetent or dishonest, perhaps both (seems consistent based on other reviews). I traded in my old car and used a portion of it as down payment on a new lease. Beware when trading in a vehicle at this dealership. I had a terrible experience with this dealership; they took about two months to payoff my trade-in and gave me the run around when I tried to solve the issue numerous times.
