I have worked with this company a number of times and most of the time, employees have been responsive and professional. The last time, their representative located out of a different office cancelled a reservation without authorization and then lied about doing so. With the amount of travel agencies available, I would definitely take my business elsewhere. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds to errors is what is important.
