Before we started using IS Concepts for our computer services, I was the IT person and did not have time to deal with this stuff. Before we started using IS Concepts for our network services, our Controller was the IT person. He did his best and used outside IT professionals when installing hardware and major software. About 8 years ago, we implemented a new LIMS System and needed immediate assistance with that and the changing IT environment in the office.
