I got sober here and got my meds right. I was able to clear up issues and non issues and was able to work thru my issues to achieve clarity. The amount of freedom given at msr was just right in order to transition properly into the real world. Morningside was really good for me. I learned coping skills and thought processes that will help me with everyday life. I got a better handle on my medications. I learned how to set new goals and realized different things in life that make me happy. It gave me time to think, also, about furthering my education. Read More »

I had to go to treatment after a DUI and ended up at another place in LA. I left right away because the conditions there were deplorable. Morningside was much much better. I adjusted very well here. I got sobriety and don’t really crave drinking. The family program really is one of the best parts of the program. It gave my family a better understanding of me and what I am going through and how to help me. Read More »

Graduated a couple weeks ago. I loved my therapist, she was very compassionate and understanding and I got the most out of psychotherapy. We did the family program and my whole family got a lot out of it. Some staff communication could be improved, but overall I did really well and would recommend Morningside to others. Read More »
