They claim that they provide upfront pricing and free estimates... While this is technically correct, it is deceptive. You get the "upfront pricing" information only if you pay their technician to visit (they refused to provide a quote to me over the phone) and at that point, if you do not go with their service, they pocket the $49+ for the visit. This plumber came to my 89 year old mother's house to clear two toilets and left her house with two toilets still clogged and a check for $392.00. He was called to return several days later and brought a snake and then cleared the toilets. JP's Plumbing will take advantage of a situation. I would never advise anyone to use him. Read More »
