I purchased an item on a Wednesday and paid for overnight shipping. The next day (Thursday) it still had not shipped. I called their customer service and talked to a man that told me it was purchased after the cutoff and would ship on Thursday. I was frustrated as I needed it next day. When I asked why it said guaranteed by Thursday at time of purchase he said he didn't know.
