I called and emailed this company to order for my flower girls dresses and i need a little assistance with measurements a checking if they had them available but they never answer the phone or emails. The dresses that this company offer truly are beautiful! I recently had to return a dress and their customer service was excellent. I was not pleased with their Return Policy, yet they went out of their way to KEEP me as a customer and to work with me. I was NOT just another number! I ordered two dresses for flower girls age 6 mos and 3 yrs. It was difficult to find matching dresses for a toddler and an infant, so we decided to order even though I hate ordering from unknown businesses on the internet. I had an extremely short time line to get the dresses for my daughters to wear at a wedding. I put in the order on Sunday and included a message asking for as soon as possible shipping. This company has the WORST service! We have two girls in a wedding and we ordered off the website! Buyer beware! The dresses are two different colors! They say they are both ivory BUT obviously they are not. When we asked to exchange the dresses ( that didn't match) they said that they needed to be ordered together! THIS IS NOT ON THEIR WEBSITE! I had the worst time working with these idiots at Girls Dress Line. I ordered a flower girl dress from them however I had to exchange it due to my flower girl's mom canceling on me (not their fault).
