To Whom It May Concern: I would like to recognize the exemplary job that Brittney did in assisting me as I completed the NAIL subscriber agreement. She was of great help in making sure that I provided all the necessary information in order to gain approval to submit my applicants for credit approvals. Extremely slow on inquiries with no follow thru. It took numerous phone calls and unanswered emails to find out what the hold ups if any were. I would not recommend this service. Currently awaiting refund on adouble credit charge for a report never received. Verbal refund given by "manager", still waiting. Very poor customer service. Read More »
