It took cash call 6 months to get my refinance loan approved. Four days after signing loan docs and the day the loan was suppose to fund, I was told the underwriter never approved my loan and that is was canceled. What kind of company does this? HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE COMPANY, WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE WARNED US ABOUT CASHCALL!! yes they talk to you very nicely but their low advertised rates are a scam they dont lock the rate(even though they tell you and make you believe that the low rate is locked) so you are at the mercy of the rate fluctuations. by the time you have spent all the time and energy you are surprised and are offered a higher rate instead. if you had chosen a different broker/mortgage company you probably would have lock... This is the 4th time that I have refinanced with Cash Call. Their rates have been outstanding with no added costs or fees charged. Each of my refinances have gone down without a hitch My latest refi took 22 days from start to finish.I attribute this to 1. competent processors and 2. my cooperation in seeing that all requested documents were delivered as quickly as possible. Not a big reviewer, but floating on air! 14-days total !!!. Locked a 3.65% rate with no out of pocket, loan bundle or anything. Don't know how they do it. Smoothest re-fi ever! I contacted CashCall after two unsuccessful attempts to refinance my condo within last 3 months. Geraldine Galang (sr. loan officer) was very pleasant and persuasive, yet what she was offering sounded too good to be truth. Save yourself time and hassle. I have refied many times including several no-cost loans. Cashcall not only has pretty much the best rate, but they are so easy and quick. They deliver as advertized. The last refi before cash call required tons of paperwork and a root canal. It seemed there was always another document even though I had perfect credit, ample capital, and was refiing with about 70% equity. Cashcall made it so easy, I won't consider another lender. Thanks! I called up cash call to re-fi and spoke with Kevin Noyes. He processed my application over the phone and a little bit later I received a good faith estimate. The next day I received some paperwork from Sonny Nyugen (the processor) to sign and send back to cash call. They started the underwriting process. I had applied Refinancing Loan from CashCall on 5/23/12. I first spoke to Zee, Loan Originator who took care of my application and said that whole thing will be done within 14~23 days from 5/23/12. Cash Call has two sides to it's business: Personal loans and refinances. They are separate and distinct facets to the business. I have read the reviews on line. It seems that the reviews for PERSONAL LOANS with Cash Call are very negative. After reading them, I wouldn't consider taking out a personal loan from Cash Call. I wanted to share the excellent experience I had with Cash Call and Nichole. While we ran into some delays getting because of me as well as Union Bank, my loan was refinanced at 3% for 10 year. Throughout the process Nichole was very helpful and attentive to my file. The first time I refinanced with Cashcall, I was responding to a small postcard we received shortly after refinancing with another company. I have refinanced my two homes about 8 times total in the last twelve years. My experience with Cash Call was by far, the best I've had. They were extremely fast. Straight to the point. I needed a short term loan greater then 1,000 with less paperwork then a bank and didn't want to ask anyone for it. I didn't think anything of the high interest rate because I knew I could pay it off fast. I called CashCall for my payoff amount and it only saves me less then $700 then taking the monthly payments. i got a loan from cashcall back in 2007 it may have been 2006. They were up front and honest about their terms and interest rates. The agent who handled me even suggested that i do whatever i could to pay the loan off early. I took his advice and paid it off early with my income tax refund and everything was fine. if i ever get another loan from them i would get a second job if i had to, you just have to have a plan and if it fails get another one. but think carefully before you borrow money... Yes, I was one the smart ones to take out a loan with CashCall, Inc. I find it really funny how people are posting bad remarks about CashCall when the terms of the loan are RIGHT IN YOUR FACE and you have to sign an agreement that states the finance charge and terms of the loan. This is the worst decision I've ever made in my life! They are good when you're about to borrow money. BUT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. As stated by their supervisor, giving you an extension is a Privilege. Cash Call has a high interest but they advertise this. READ YOUR CONTRACT! I currently have a Cash Call loan because I needed the money to pay rent. Just to let you know, I received a loan from this company in October of 2007 in the amount of 2600. I have ONE more payment left in the amount of 154.00. When it is said and done, I will have paid out over 6500 in interest not including the principle. That is a tad over 9000 dollars for a 2600 dollar loan. Sharks doesn't even begin to describe this company. I took out a $10,000 loan (yes, I was dumber than most of you for that) and they never sent me a contract to read. The person I spoke to over the phone said that I would pay $300 for 4 years for a total of $14,000. After the 4 years, money is still withdrawn from my account.
