My friend James and I used Eureka Travel for our Peru adventure, and man, am I glad we did. Analia and her team are extremely resourceful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We just got back from a two week vacation to Brazil and couldn't have asked for more. Eureka's team recommended, organized and booked our three-stop itinerary, including domestic flights, driver pickups and drop offs and guided day tours. We are a recently retired couple who just returned from a 4 month trip to Chile and Argentina. Sometimes we joined organized tours but we mostly did independent travelling. I panicked when I realized my trip to Chile was less than 60 days out and I had not booked anything other than the flights. Eureka was patient and helpful at every step along the way to get it done. Overall: Analia and Cecilia were really great by providing the maximum support during some incidents during our tour. The trip were very organized. The bus tickets, hotel, etc. were organized well. Eureka Travel put together a wonderful trip for us in Argentina. The agent took our information on budget, places we wanted to see and our time available then she recommended adding one location and put together the package. We've just returned back to Sydney after a fantastic month away in South America. Eureka arranged all of our accommodation and tours in Argentina and Chile. Everthing went great from the Hotel locations to the day tours. Everywhere we went there was always someone to meet us and take us on to our next destination. Analia at Eureka travel was wonderful to work with in coordinating and executing our two week vacation to Peru and Bolivia which we returned from on July 8, 2011. I had already booked the flights and some of the lodging for our 2 week vacation to Argentina when I serendipitously found Eureka Travel and Analia. Her experience and knowledge of Argentina were indispensable. We had a crisis when our flight from Buenos Aries to Iguazu Falls was cancelled. Your recommendation to use Ecoventura and Expedition Trips for my Galapagos cruise was excellent. The cruise was one of the best trips I have ever taken. I was very concerned about using a travel agency we did not know or that any of our friends knew but wanted an agency that specialized in travel in Argentina. They were quick to respond to all of our questions, supplied an itinerary that was exactly what we asked to (changing multiple times to suit our needs). Eureka Travel planned our 50th anniversary trip to Buenos Aires and the falls at Iguazu from March 13-March 20, 2009. The cost was right in our price range.
