I found this company and it's personnel to be friendly, professional and willing to work hard to make sure the order was completed in the desired time. Their product is clean, bright and of the highest quality. The colors and designs attract as much attention as does our advertising. I have been in a rental business for about 10 years. Believe me, I worked with many manufacturers over this long period of time, and I can tell you that these guys are the best in quality of inflatables they make and in customer service they provide. Every time I would order inflatables from Ultimate Jumpers, either Tony or Mary would treat me in a friendly and respectful manner following up with the shipping company and getting back to me making sure I receive my order on time. I purchased a 3 in 1 combo from Ultimate Jumpers,the unit looks great and is very well made.More importantly Mary is a person who believes in customer service and a pleasure to do business with.
