I had a kitchen and 3 bathrooms remodeling project, and I had no idea where to start. Throughout the entire project, communication was great. From booking an appointment. Through having the job completed, Novel remodeling's crew was fabulous to work with. They were responsive, courteous, and displayed a high skill level throughout the entire project. They arrive when they say they are going to, and it is easy to communicate with them. Their pricing was better than that of any other painters I've worked with. Since I've educated myself on greener products, I also appreciated that they were knowledgeable about no/low VOC paints and where to purchase them. Novel Remodelling gave us a good estimate, scheduled the job, completed the work two days early, and stuck to the price. The work was perfect, just what we wanted, and his crew left the house as clean as they found it. There was a small manufacturing defect in a pipe that we discovered the next day, and he had the plumber out to replace the pipe within an hour. Out of all the contractors, They were the most responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Ultimately, I decided to go be a little more self service with doing the apartment in tiny phases, but if you want your project to be in good hands and scoped thoroughly, Novel Remodeling is definitely worth a look. We remodeled our small kitchen (10x12) in mid-July and tore down the wall and opened it up into the dining room. We gutted the kitchen and installed new floor tile, backsplash, cabinets, recessed lighting, new bar/peninsula and new appliances. The transformation of our new kitchen was amazing! We have all heard that remodeling can make you crazy between the choices and the home invasion. I had a great experience with Novel Remodeling and my contact Jonathan.
