They ran a tad late (15 mins outside the 2 hour window), but we had a head's up from the pickup location when they had left and knew they'd run into traffic. Most importantly they were extremely careful with our instrument and our home on the way in and out. They also followed specific instructions about the way we wanted things handled. The took their job quite seriously and our instrument arrived safe and sound.
