I had contracted with Extra Mile to remodel my kitchen and install new wood flooring. When my husband and I met the Joe, the sales guy, he had promised us top notch materials would be used. We even checked out a sample of the cabinet door and he said his cabinet guy would make the exact door with the exact material. We had our 1959 galley kitchen updated to a modern, open floor plan. Extra Mile did the work and helped us with the design. We moved a sink, enlarged a window and made the upper cabinet wheelchair accessible. We are very pleased with the results and the work was finished a week earlier than the 6 weeks promised. we had many leaks in the past 10 years. our roof was old ( 30 years ) and we knew it needed a replacement but we could not afford it until last year. I must say we took 4 estimates and we decided to go with extra mile a month after the meeting. I never wrote reviews before but my experience was excellent so I felt that I should share it.. While painting the exterior of my house, the gutters were removed, and then put back, but leaving a substantial gap where rain- water leaks onto the patio.We contacted the Extramile remodelling to repair the gutters, but so far they failed to do so, with various excuses and false promises, and then they hung up on me when I called again. Received unsolicited call by them. I was willing to get estimate on a job. They needed to have my wife present. This is an indication that they want to have an impulse acceptance of their bid. I told them that I have a review process for my bids and that I would not be interested in making an impulse decision.
