Acclaimed Movers and Storage has some of the most professional workers I've seen! We used them for our move to Flintridge and couldn't have been happier! The company gave fantastic tips and even directed us to some of their website checklists. The movers in Flintridge were so hardworking and made sure that all of our things were safely put onto the truck before heading out. They arrived on time and packed everything as fast as possible. The quote they gave at the time of inspection turned out to be completely accurate and the total cost did not exceed it. They had no hidden fees, nor did they try to sell me any materials or try to prolong the job for extra hours. The worst experience of my life!!!! Do not use these scam artists unless you want to be overcharged!!! Do not use these crooks unless you want all your valuables destroyed!!!! Few days back, my parents along with me relocated from Los Angeles to Minnesota and had a positive experience with Acclaimed Movers. Everything was managed very seamlessly and at affordable price. Crews were indeed professional as they did take care to cover up our furniture and box cartoons. The only good thing I have to say is that the movers and the office guys were nice. I was quoted $79/hr plus double that for drive time between locations. We took several loads in our suv before the move & prepared as well as possible. You can do the math, but good luck getting the bill up to well over $1600. I had a move with another company, who out of the blue called me and said they wouldn't be able to move me today because their truck broke. I called a few places and got a hold of Acclaimed who said they had a truck avail that did early morning moves but had time in the afternoon to move me. Talk about a life saver. What a truly stupendous showmanship of professionalism. I was blown away. It's good to see good old fashioned honest business values are still around in Los Angeles in the smaller companies clearly hurting more during this recession. I decided to use this company for a a 20 mile move partly because of how experienced and professional Jamie presented himself when giving me an initial estimate. Great experience with Acclaimed movers. They took care of our move with total care and professionalism from start to finish. Over the phone they were very competitive and good about returning our calls and keeping up to date with us. I needed boxes and packing material which they provided for a great price. I needed huge items moved from my house in Granada Hills to my studio in Hollywood. Im talking huge expensive items. Acclaimed Movers and Storage is honestly the best moving company I have ever used. Acclaimed moved us back in September from California to Utah and did a perfect job! These are the worst movers I have ever had. They charged us 2.5 times their estimates, made us sign blank forms and then filled them in later, packed our merchandise so badly it was pathetic, and never moved us in. we had to rent our own equipment and transfer our stuff to their trucks and move ourselves. Needed a good moving company and asked a friend. I'm a musician and have alot of equipment that is valuable. I hate people touching my equipment with out me being the director of it.
