The rep on the phone showed attitude right when I pointed out that there were no covers on the outdoor fixtures that I received (rendering them indoor fixtures). When I tried to order three $10 small covers I was hit with an $18 shipping and "well you should've read the description carefully". Revision: Just spoke with the owner Tom, and worked out an exchange. I am satisfied and will update once I get the new lights. I bought some wondering barn lights with red shades for my garage. First, the came three weeks late, much like the other reviewer said...in stock merchandise didnt get shipped for three weeks. I ordered 5 exterior goose neck lights. When I received and installed the lights, they filled with water immediately. Completely inappropriate for exterior lighting. I can't get a refund. They keep sending me the same auto reply when I ask about a refund. Do not use them! Read More »

I received a call from the owner following which I accept his commitment to customer service. I assured him his product quality is unquestionable. But I had a serious problem with how his staff handled my particular order. I am now satisfied. To any future buyers: My advice is be sure to verify your specific needs before you place the order. The best I've ever worked with! I was working with licensed electricians!! Never have I purchased lighting for my restaurant and spoke to a trade professional when purchasing lights. Affordable Quality Lighting is just that. The sign lights I bought - WERE SOLID BRASS. Are you kiddin me NOT aluminum. I got them at HALF the price of the aluminum. I'm really astonished that these guys have been able to stay in business as long as they say they have. After my first unfortunate experience with them I will never make the same mistake of buying anything from them again. All of the boldface warnings on their website should have clued me in to the fact that they are totally NOT customer service oriented. Dealing with them has only confirmed it. Affordable Quality Lighting really came through. I live in Texas and was using another company that all of a sudden went out of business. There is nothing more refreshing these days then excellent customer service! I purchased huge variety of outdoor light fixtures with Affordable Quality Lighting and the staff was exceptionally courteous and patient. I called back to follow up on my order and received the same consistant favorable service. I am very PLEASED with the service received from Affordable Quality Lighting. I HIGHLY recommend Affordable Quality Lighting..they saved my project..they are my hero's!
