We bought a new house recently and looked everywhere for the right wood floors and I have to say that Harts Family Flooring simply put was the best! Brad was amazing to deal with! He is a true professional and you can tell immediately that all he wants is to make his customers happy! He helped us pick out the perfect flooring and gave us an amazing price! I highly recommend Hart's Family Flooring for several reasons...They are very knowledgeable and passionate. They worked within my budget and my needs and they were honest with me. I was deciding between wood or laminate and Brad took his time to explain in detail the difference. I could not be any happier with Hart's Family Flooring. After receiving an estimate from another well known flooring company I decided to look around a bit more and boy am I glad I did. He sells top quality flooring at great prices. More importantly though is the level of customer service I received. It was absolutely top notch. When I bought my house 4 years ago, I invisioned just how beautiful it would be after I having new floors done to it. Four years later, and I'm just as impressed with my Hart's Family floors as the first time I'd seen them!!! To start with, Brad is personable and trustworthy. In walking into other flooring stores, it was easy to be intimidated. Competitors seemed solely interested in the amount of money I was willing to spend…not what was necessarily best for me. I ended up picking the top of the line carpet from Brad. And it is EXCELLENT. I strongly refer Harts Family Floors to anyone. They had great pricing and even better service. The floors came out perfect and still look great. I love my new hard wood floors thanks to Hart's Family Flooring! They did an excellent job. If you are looking for superb craftsmanship with a reasonable price, then Hart's Flooring would be the best the choice. Brad and his team were professional and dependable.
