On March 22nd 2012 we requested a service call by Hugo at Overland Plumbing Support. Firstly, he arrived on time and was alert and ready to diagnose the problem. He identified a washer in the hot water faucet that needed to be replaced as well as a slight blockage in the shower drain. He completed both tasks quickly and corrected the problem.
