I called Cremation Society of Los Angeles to send information (since the website erroneously said that all pre-need forms could be downloaded from the website)on Feb 20. When I hadn't received the packet of information by Feb 26, I called again. When I hadn't received anything by March 3, I called again and spoke to the owner.
