Company agreed to file back taxes with IRS and negotiate a payment plan. After months they then switched people on me and demanded more money($3500) to complete the work. I was upset but paid. They filed the taxes but now they will not return my calls or answer my letters,emails.They did not complete the work I paid a total of $7700 for. Did not deliver on services I paid for. I am waiting on the final step in the process of finishing back tax problems. We paid significant fines and penalties and I am simply waiting for them to at least attempt to submit. They are not contacting me despite one week's worth of daily phone calls during business hours, daily emails to the people that I have dealt with for 2 years. I contacted Advanced Tax Help and David Wayne on March 16, 2011 regarding my 2009 audit which said I owed over $ 22K in back taxes. Mr Wayne agreed to represent me and asked me not to worry. After signing the proper documents I was not to talk to the IRS anymore. I was asked to supply all pertaining information concerning my 2009 tax return. I would like to recommend Advanced Tax to anyone that needs help with their tax problems. They were very understanding and very patient with me and they took a big burden off my shoulders. From a bad business investment in 2001 I was left with a $47K IRS debt. I had negotiated a payment plan with them on my own. After I realized that my payments are not reducing my principal balance, I hired Advanced Tax Help to renegotiate my debt. The professionalism of there stuff amazed me. They were able to reduce my balance to $17K and put me on a lower payment plan with lower interest that I could afford. This company is REAL. They know what they are doing. Read More »

Reading articles about some companies have been ripping people off I was skeptical about Advanced Tax. I talked to a couple of people there and my mind completly changed. They were very honest and took the time to hear my story. It took a couple of weeks to get going but once they started on my case I never heard from the IRS again. After going back and forth with the IRS I was freaked out to deal with them. I called Advanced tax and the guys really helped me out. They were very professional and saved me $14k.
