I’m happy that this company has done good by other people. For me there’s been no communication from them to me. I contacted them the other day because UPS informed me that the label was created waiting for my sax so they could ship it to me. They were supposed to receive the sax by Sept. 30th and to no avail they have not received it yet. I can’t get an answer from anyone. For me I would never recommend them to anyone I know. I ordered a Harmonica, the package was delivered to an incorrect location by the USPS. I emailed PlayMusic123.com and within minutes a new order is being shipped, great customer service and a wonderful experience. I will deferentially will continue buying from them. Well Done! Read More »

I ordered a small keyed accordion for my grandson at a cost of $50. Once the accordion arrived it was a button accordion selling for $29 yet my charge card did not reflect the change in price. It was necessary for me to gain "permission" to return the incorrect product mailed to me. I was DEMANDED by this company to reflect the truth. Well, here ya go. You sent me an e-mail claiming you called me on the day of purchase, you did not. I made the purchase on the 9th, you called me on the 11th. You claim items are shipped within 48 hours. It has not, I understand the shipping mix up, but could have easily been corrected with an e-mail on the day of purchase. I purchased a Red anodized Trumpet from www.playmusic123.com. When I received the trumpet, I found it to have a manufacturing defect which caused the valves to stick. The piston tube was "out of round", which caused the piston to strike the side of it causing a "metal on metal" clanking type sound. There was also a large scratch on the instrument.
