This company is worthless. I had a policy that I canceled after two days and I could not get one time of my 364.00 deposit back. They gave me some BS about less than half was for insurance and the rest went to a third party and off the portion paid to them no refund is awarded after there fees....are you serious! Like others, they gave me a really nice low $89.00-$98.00 monthly quote, to insure my Lexus (full coverage), and my truck (liability). I explained that to start any policy with any insurance company one must understand that I had $150.00 in cash to do so; for I was shopping around. Absolutely HATE the experience that I have had with Freeway Insurance. Over the phone I was quoted the amount of $78 a month with no mention of a down payment at all. I told the girl that I talked to that my daughter had 1 accident that had been paid out on without any investigation on their part. She assured me that the $78 was the correct amount. I was reading about Freeway Insurance and it looks like they been Est since 1987... I think that's what it said. But I went to check them out at the office on Glendale and they are super swamped with customers every time I go in.. I guess that's a good thing when you see alot of business at one place.. I have read the reviews that many people have posted about freeway insurance. Wow. Not to great. Im glad I have never been charged that much. I have been with freeway for 2 yrs. and have also been taken care pretty well at the Vista office. I switched from AAA because they dropped me after i got a DUI. Freeway accepted me with open arms and gave me a great price. Thank u guys. Read More »

I signed up for insurance on Dec 2nd 2011 and was told my policy starts on Dec 4 2011. I signed up for at noon and was offered some money for my so I sold it....thus not needing insurance. I called back 2 hours later and said I didn't need the service anymore, when I said the reps whole attitude changed and told me they couldn't cancel because the power was down???? i was quoted on the phone for a full coverage at 620 annually through a well known insurance provider. I received their email and i tried to go over the quotation they sent me, however the link provided did not generate anything whatsoever. Freeway insurance is the biggest scam ever!!!! They will do anything they can to get away with charging you for a ridiculous broker fee..ya thats right BROKER. Freeway insurance isn't even an insurance company, they are brokers. They have all of there stupid commercials that make you feel like they have the cheapest insurance ($15 a month). After hearing all the ads about how low their auto insurance rates were on the radio, I decided to try FREEWAY INSURANCE out when I purchased my new car back in Nov of 2010. I went to freeway insurance office in victorville on 3/2/11 to make some changes to my insurance policy. Jeny guzman was the broker who stuck it to me.
