Claim to have cameras on all trucks, but cannot find the recording for my move so they said I have no proof thier movers stole my belongings. Two 42 inch Plasma TV and misc other stuff did not make it to the new place after Laprom moved my belongings. Good customer service when setting up the move. I had two previous experiences with movers. This was my third one and the worst of all of them. In the first quote the contractor send me, there was no mention of additional charges for packing materials that was only disclosed later on after I made the appointment. I personally consider this as a dishonest practice. At least one of the movers seemed to be inefficient and took way longer than I have seen with other movers. Great guys, great service. I could not be more happy with your hard workin men, they did a great job. I always hated moving, and I still do. But you guys are so nice it makes me feel so good. Eddie I really appreciate all your help, and you coming over to give me a flat rate. My husband also wanted to let you know that he thanks you for your help with moving his excersie machine, I don't why he kept it, and I know it was a pain to move it, but thank you.
