I have inquired about 3 separate pool businesses they have listed on their web site as For Sale over a period of 6 weeks. No one has sent me an email, called, or texted me to respond to my inquiries. I have money ready to spend and I know what I want. We have worked with brokers for purchases in the past for other businesses. They couldn’t relay financials properly so you couldn’t do a financial analysis. This broker didn’t want to provide anything and gave excuse after excuse. Literally wanted me to use an unsecured loan and hounded the fact that if I default nothing would happen. This company will be your best friend while making a purchase but will then stop communicating with you once you make a purchase and they take their cut. I got screwed this way so I am writing this review to help others not lose money. Hello Everyone i know this looks suspcious i have never posted anywhere before and what not. This is literally my first. Please read the other reviews here and go around the web looking for reviews of national pool route sales they are all the same reviews. This company does do as they say however what they do has no morales. They will sell you a pool route that is supposedly functioning. When I first entertained the idea of pursuing the pool business I wasn't sure where to turn. My neighbor who operates a small pool service suggested I purchase a moderately sized route directly from another poolman. After my neighbor said "I have bought and sold poolroutes and things worked out well".
