Like many other business owners, I consider credit card processing fees to be a necessary evil. I read all of the reviews here before deciding on which processor to go with, despite the bad reviews from below, I am happy that I made a decision to switch to them. Their rates are pretty good but what I'm happy with the most is their service. When I used to be with another local company, I had to track them down every time I had an issue. I have been processing with this company for years! Sure there was some rocky times, but every time there was a problem, their customer service would always minimize it and take care of it right away. One time my machine was acting up, and i am no good with electronics so i called in. Our business signed on with US Bankcard Services, Inc. In August of 2011. We signed a contract that stated NO membership fee. At the time it was $55.00 and Kevin the salesman told me to cross it off, sign it and fax it back which is what I did. Then in January we were charged $95 membership fee. I previously had an issue with U.S. Bankcard due to the cancellation. The company contacted me and did diligently to resolve the issue and refunded me all the money. I believe they are trying to do the best they can to keep customer happy with their service. Ask for the regional assistant manager Mr. Leung and he will help you resolve the issue you may have. Ive been working with this company since 2004 and I have not had any problems why my account whatsoever. When I needed to process payments online I looked around and searched everywhere to find a company that had the best support since ecommerce wasn’t so easy to deal with. OK, Ron from US Bankcard Services was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to try to resolve the issue for me. It could have gone either way. But in light of good customer service. If anyone wants to do business with this company, please make sure you read every single line in the term and conditions and make sure which charges will apply to your contract. If you don't read it, you will end up paying for alot of charges you are not awared off. The customer service representative doesn't tell you about those charges when you sign up.
