After purchasing a can of foot powder the can did not spray properly. I took the can and receipt back to the store where I was told by a Asian lady that I could not get my money back I informed her that I didnt want money back I wanted to exchange it for another. She told me NO and cursed me. She would not give me back my receipt or the product. I could not get her name.
