Of course I was wary buying online, but they seemed to be one of the better selections. Now, I do love my scooter (Bought a 50cc classic). When I received it, it had a few scratches and the back tire was flat. I don't mind the scratches or even the flat. I placed an order for parts for a scooter and never received tracking info for my order. Tried to call and kept getting an answering machine. Left messages and an email wanting to get info on my order. after 5 days i received a call stating that they cancelled my order and refunded my money. My money still hasnt been refunded to my account. I was also told that I can buy my scooter parts elsewhere. VERY rude and unprofessional. I was rather anxious about buying something like a scooter online. It's not only a large purchase financially, but it's large physically. I was worried if something went wrong once I uncrated it and did the minor assembly required, I might have trouble sending it back to the company. I did a major amount of research on Evo as well as other scooter companies. Purchase parts for my sons Scooter, Asked if there was a problem shipping them out within 3 days and was told Id have the parts shipped in a few days and parts in 5 days so put my sons bike in shop to have parts removed and am now paying $5 a day storage and this company has canceled my order when I sent at least 4 Email to Moises Martinez mmscooters@gmail.com to make sure order was not canceled. I purchased a scooter from EVO, the shipping was very fast. Once I recived my item though the box was heavily damaged, I got the bike out it had busted plastics. My scooter was the speedster 150, it would not run out of the box and it definately did not appear to be new, my title paperwork says its a 2008 and I purchased in 2011. My battery is also no good will not hold a charge, I've called their number several times, and it seems like no one will call back I just get ahold of this Moses guy... Read More »

This company is a fraud, they sold me a scooter that cant be registered in the state of california due to emissions/smog. They refuse to refund me my money saying the DMV and CHP dont know what they are doing and talking about. People research before you buy online,this compnay is selling grey market scooters from china. There emissions are not the same like in the states. Beware of this company. And they have not heard the last of me yet,i will keep you all posted. Read More »

I bought a RoadRunner Road Queen from EvoSales in August of 2007. They are very pleasant to work with, and they ship quite quickly. I was impressed it came streight to my home in a Semi! It runs like a charm and i've had no complaints about EvoSales other than the small task of getting ahold of them over the phone. Shipping and online tracking were great. Had a bad battery in my bike though. Company had a few online problems so it was difficult to get a hold of someone, but after a few tries they contacted me to resolve the issue.
