If 0 stars were choice, it would have applied. Do not count on any service from this company. They do not back their own policies or their products. If you want real reviews, go to better business bureau and read some complaints. There are plenty, and remember, most people don't go to the trouble to file with BBB. I decided to order an ATV from PowersportsMax.com (Deeal Inc.) after reading "their" reviews and all of the "our customer service is our top priority" stuff on "their" website. I sent a money order which took them 4 days to process after the USPS confirmed they had received it. It arrived on time and the shipping crate looked to be in excellent condition. HORRIBLE company - do not do business with these shady crooks! You will waste your money on a product that WILL NOT WORK, and if it does, it will break before you can blink an eye and then you're stuck paying them money to fix a brand new bike or scooter that they just sold you. Their merchandise is very cheap, rickety, unsafe, poorly made and extremely defective and I would imagine drug dealers have better customer service than these clowns. I ordered a db-k009 110 cc dirt bike from them on April 5. When re received the product it had a defective engine case leaking oil everywhere and a defective fuel cap also leaking. I contacted the company and sent them photos of the issue with the motor case. I bought a warranty for $99.00for which I never received a written copy of the warranty and have yet to get a response or resolve either of the issue I have contacted them about. I purchased a 125cc SSR dirt bike during the holidays for my son and he simply loves it! The bike is great its definitely worth more than what I paid for it. Just recently my son was riding in the backyard and it stopped running but I called the tech support line they sent the part I needed and its back and running again. If you want to purchase a dirt bike for a beginner but dont want to spend thousands on a name brand then I would definitely recommend this bike and company. Read More »

I purchased a new motor and some accessories in April of 2010 from Ridemax Inc. and received everything through regular shipping. First off, the box they shipped the 80# engine in was a joke! It had no packing material, no bubble wrap, nothing. The engine was in a plastic bag and was full of crank case oil because it was turned over during shipping. I had purchased a Ridemax 125 pit bike from Powersportsmax back in February 2010. One came in the crate damaged and it was obvious, still to this day, we cannot get them to repair our bike. I even supplied them with a case # from the shipper. I have called and talked to 4 different people with no action just excuses. Quad was ordered and delivery was not made on original scheduled delivery date. Even after they confirmed the delivery the day before the quad was to be delivered, they didn't show up. After many phone calls to the company, the quad was finally delivered 1 week later. Quad was delivered with 2 damaged parts. Company was contacted within the warranty time frame. Purchase 1 x GK-T002 125cc Go Kart with Semi-Automatic , on March 8, 2009. I had nothing but trouble with the Go Kart, it has broken down and is still not working since I purchase it.
