I would give 1/2 star if it would let me. This place is super unprofessional from start to finish. I sent the exact measurements and design of what would work in the kitchen remodel and the designer completely ignores it and does what she thinks would be best. She pays no attention to the features and shape of the kitchen and made a design not even feasible. She doesn't pay any attention to the features requested by the client. I spoke to a couple different RTA cabinet companies and went with Kitchen Pro because of the positive reviews. I now wonder if those reviews were legitimate or if the company hired someone to write them. The shaker style cabinets are pretty, but have not had heavy use and are already pulling apart in spots. We interviewed 4 companies to purchase our kitchen cabinets from. We chose Kitchen Pro because they were the least expensive by 2000 and seemed to have good customer service. They answered questions promptly and professionally. This spring I was in the process of remodeling 2 bathrooms and the kitchen with a general contractor. While the general contractor overall did excellent work the custom made vanities for the bathroom were not as good as I had hoped and they took one month longer than promised by the contractor. We had looked at two other companies but decided to go with Kitchen Pro. They had the best price and working with Vickie was great. She was patient and explained everything. We also paid for them to assemble and install the cabinets with pull outs and they did a fantastic job. I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Kitchen Pro Cabinetry. They did a wonderful job with my kitchen and we were thrilled with the outcome. They did not cut corners and I was very impressed with the quality of cabinets. I was very happy with the granite countertop which they also used as full back splashed in the cooking area. We loved our house but hated the builder-grade laminate kitchen cabinets. I ordered my Kitchen in November of 2012, the delivery time was great the product IS EXCEPTIONAL...The representative I had Caasi Corp was the best to deal with she was patient in all my changes and questions. We were able to remodel our kitchen six months ahead of schedule due to the great prices from Kitchens Pro. We looked at several local stores that sold cabinets for 3 times the cost that were not even solid wood. After receiving our sample door we decided to move up our schedule. We worked with Kitchen Pro Cabinetry to remodel a kitchen in a condo we own. They were super easy to work with and provided detailed plans (a couple..) and were always responsive with emails, etc. The cabinet quality was excellent and that was the reason we initially went with Kitchen Pro Cabinetry. We wanted a complete dairy kosher kitchen and meat kosher kitchen with a Passover section and mobile island. The functionality I achieved with Kitchen Pro has made our kitchen work easier with the best use of our space. Usually, Passover dishes and utensils are packed away. Spent a little over $6K on cabinets and everything else. Our designer did a good job of adapting our original design to something they could support. Problem is a couple of the crown boards were warped ($52 each) and a couple of the things on our design didn't make the order. Had a great experience remodeling our kitchen with Kitchen Pro Cabinetry. The items were exactly as described, shipping, handling, billing, etc was spot on. As an engineer, working with skilled and efficient contractors puts my mind at ease. I was impressed with the 3D Computer pictures which gave us a great idea of what the finished product would look like. Cassi, our designer, even helped us customize portions of our kitchen and the two bathroom vanities we ordered from Kitchen Pro Cabinetry. We had a great experience with Kitchenpro. They offer free design services, just e-mail your kitchen dimensions and your wants/needs and they come up with a plan, letting you go back and forth with changes/adjustments till you are %100 satisfied. Something that would cost you 100's of dollars elsewhere. The cabinets are high quality, better then anything available at the big box store for the same price. The designer at Kitchen Pro Cabinets was very nice and accommodating; however, it looks like after I decided to not purchase from them they are not returning the $39.95 fee for a sample door. The door has been returned for 2 months. I have sent several emails to the designer I ordered it through and left a message on a voicemail with the company - no response.
