I was referred to this company by American Home Shield. Friday, 11/27/20 will be the 4th time a technician will be coming to repair my washing machine. Every time they come out they say the washer is fixed. When they leave, and I want to use the washer, it does not work. The last time a tech came out he ordered a part for the washer. the absolute worst company to have come fix your appliance, they have no clue how to diagnose anything and get it right, our dryer has been out for a month now waiting on parts and techs that dont know what there doing.. first guy said our dryer caught on fire, second guy said no its this part, waited another week for part to come and then it still doesnt work, and he broke the part now i gotta wait another week, all warranty companies do not use this company look at there reviews on the bbb... A dishonest company? waiting almost a month to repair a fridge. 3 visits, and 1 no-show, still no fridge. Waiting for the 4th guy to come out with parts that the 2nd guy did not install. Hi, On 1/12/2020 your company sent a technician to check our washer machine. After they called me from the security guard to let the technician in, I waited for about 15 mins so I went and check outside and the car was parked in my front door, so I went to ask the technician if he was ok to come in. I requested microwave and oven repair through American Home Shield (my home warranty company). They sent out Accord Appliance on January 7, 2020. Repairman stated he needed to order parts for both items. He would be back in 7 to 10 days. I called after 2 weeks and was told they had the microwave parts but still waiting on parts for the oven and they expected it to arrive on the 21st. Accord Appliance has been operating there business with a Inactive Contractors license since MAY 1st 2019. If you have fell victim to them than please contact the California Contractors Licensing Board to report them. Was forced to use Accord Appliance by my home warranty company. If I simply would have done 5 minutes of research I would have saved six weeks of getting the run around. The technician was great, but the problem was too big to fix. The main office was impossible to reach. I asked to speak with the GM (Jerry) on multiple occasions, but he would only communicate in email. He even stated that ratings sites (Yelp, Google, TrustLink) weren't important. Accord Appliance Service, Inc serviced my stove on 27 June 2017 (work order # 609423765). They fixed the issue which I am grateful for. What I am upset about is the fact that their employee received a payment of $80.00 the service fee was $75.00 my wife gave him a $5.00 tip and he did not report that he was paid. Unethical, unreliable, unprofessional, untruthful practices. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY OR STAFF INTO YOUR HOME. They were assigned to look at my refrigerator through my warranty company. These people are almost farcical in their incompetence. I have had an ongoing refrigerator problem since November; they came out again today (the 5th time, I believe)and the surly technician had yet another excuse why he couldn't complete the repair, this time essentially calling me a liar in the process. I too have had very poor customer service with accord appliance however; one must realize that it starts with the owner/employer. If the employer does not require satisfactory customer service from its employees, why would one expect their employees such as Natasha, the office manager or its technicians to provide it. This has to be one of the worst appliance repair companies I have ever had to deal with!! This was the company that my home warranty service said I needed to use, to fix my Wolfe ovens. Funny, they are not even a Wolf Authorized Repair Company. Took me 3 days to get a service technician out, and then he shows up after 6:00 pm at night!! Worst repair ever. I hope no one has to go through what I did it took them 3 weeks to fix my washer. The 2nd appointment they had they didn't even bother to show up I called to find out why and low and behold the technician didn't have the right part in his truck so he decided not to come out. Absolutely do NOT use Accord Appliance out of Temecula, CA. Need an example of the most poor service in history??? Would not put it past them scamming the AHS people either. I opened a claim with my Warranty company to fix the washing machine on 6/28/2011. They hired Accord to test and fix the appliance. Since then (7/27) I had to deal with rude customer service, delay in ordered parts delivery, missed appointments on their part, silence due to not contacting me and no updates on this order status. Had a drain problem. Repair man refused to fix it unless I added $120 to the insurance deductable. I looked up issue online and fixed it myself (sock was stuck in filter) in less than 10 minutes. He wanted $200 to remove a sock from a water filter--a 10 minute job! Read More »

This company (Accord Appliance Repair) is awful!!!!! They came out to look at my refrigerator under GE warranty. They say the part was the motherboard. Every week, I call them for status. After a month, finally I had it, call GE consumer affair, they will ship me the part next day. Get this GE have 22,000 of these parts in stock! And Accord Appliance blame GE by saying its back order. I hope GE and all the other major brand names stop using them as warranty servicers or any business ties... Read More »

WORST COMPANY EVER!! We called on Dec 20th for a washer repair. Came out on the 23rd and said he needed parts he didn't have. They should be in by the 27th. We called on the 28th - no parts, in by the 30th. Called on the 30th - no parts in by Jan 4th. Stood up! Same experience as the rest of the posts - referred by First American about a broken dishwasher - it would not turn on most of the time and turn off mid cycle the times it did turn on. I was assigned this vendor by First American. Placed the call on December 9, 2010. Did not receive a call for three days. Vendor was supposed to be out on Friday December 17, but did not show. Stood up again! This is the third time Accord has stood me up. The first time the Tech showed up an hour late after waiting the required FOUR HOURS. After I paid them their $50.00 fee to come out at fix my trash compactor the Tech said he would order the part (a nylon screw) and he would be back in about a week. Very unpleaseant experience with Office staff. I scheduled an appointment through GE (extended warranty provider)for a Saturday morning appointment. Accord Appliance Repair was suppose to call the day before to confirm the appointment. THEY NEVER DID. The whole experience with Accord Appliance was terrible. They were never able to fully fix my microwave, but the worst part was the terrible communication on their part.
