Our Sales Rep, Carlos Campos, was EXTREMELY rude. Less than 24 hrs. After our purchase, we noticed a bulge in the front drivers side tire. The car should've been inspected for safety before it was sold, but obviously wasn't. Having a bulge in the tire is unsafe, and this was going to be our family car. Overall, I enjoyed my car buying experience until I requested the owner's manual that I was promised at the end of purchasing the car. After speaking with the sales manager Nick about the owner's manual of the G35 Infiniti I purchased he responded to my inquiries with a rude and unprofessional attitude.
