Very nice people and experience but the shutters weren't very well made. I think they came from China because they smell bad and the fit wasn't very good. There is a lot of light leaking around the edges and between the slats when they're closed. I liked the salesman, though and the installation guy was good. I had a great experience with Affordable Windows. The price and service were the best. My windows look gorgeous. I wish I could add a pic. Thanks to my wonderful design consultant who helped me pick out great window treatments and a great installer. Not that it matters, but the installer was kinda cute. Read More »

I had a terrible experience with this company and owner. They measured incorrectly for my windows and then tried to modify them to get them to work, which would have been very ugly in my new custom home. The owner came out made promises and then did not live up to them. It was a miserable 2 months of fighting and documenting everything.
