These guys are horrible. I sent in my application on Feb 7. Today it is Feb 23 an I have yet received any paperwork from them on filing a DBA. I emailed them and no response. I also went on line to check to see if the DBA was available and it was still available so no paperwork has ever been filed. Ripoff as far as I'm concerned. Read More »

As of now I am very concerned about the order I placed with them. After 3 attempts to contact them via email, no one has responded to my requests. They market a service that they claim to be experts at, and people that use them are probably like me, completely unfamiliar with the DBA process, so I would expect them to address the customers needs/questions more.
