Enagic USA, Inc is an outstanding company with nothing but the publics best interest at heart. Their policies and procedures are as profound as the technology of their devices. Their customer service is professional, proficient and outstanding. The negative ratings posted with the BBB for Enagic I 100% believe are unjustified and wrong. My name is Jon and my wife Erica and I have been involved in health and wellness products for over 10 yrs. so when our local plumber came to our house to replace our water heater and said it was from all the calcium build up and just plain poor water quality in Red Wing we knew it was time to find a solution. I purchased a SD501 from Enagic on 02/01/2010. I did a thorough investigation of Enagic and the other water ionizer companies and found that Enagic had a proven track record of business and using honest business practices. The SD501 was shipped the same day and the tests that I did on it proved the machine did as they said it would. The product is superior and critical to good health for my friends, my family, and myself. It has become the number one used appliance in my kitchen. We are using it constantly. It did need repair for a defective sensor. The unit came back in 4 days completely fixed postage paid no questions asked. This company stands behind the quality of their product! Read More »

Received our machine 6 days ago (SD501). The service was outstanding as regards ordering and delivery. No hitches whatsoever. Machine is built to last, which I really like. And the water seems to be everything they said it would be! My wife and I have more energy and I have more 'calmness', a surprise, and we are sleeping more soundly. I purchased my SD501 on December 18, 2009 and received it 3 days later...The Enagic company has been a dream to work with...no issues with the machine and customer service is always well staffed, professional, and very knowledgeable. I've always had my questions answered no matter how trivial they may have seemed. I have been using a Kangen water generator for 2 years now. I have experienced an elimination of muscle soreness after working out, as well as increased endurance and decreased recovery times. My wife has had her fibromyalgia disappear, my mother in laws rheumatoid arthritis is almost gone. (all swelling is gone and most of the pain) We have also used the 2.5PH the way they do in japan for my daughters eczema and have seen that go away as well. Read More »

I have been drinking Kangen Water with Enagic since July 2007 - I bought 3-weeks after being introduced to the fabulous SD501 and would have paid $20,000+ for this unit. Enagic, produces Kangen water which is by the far the greatest water in the world. I have the SD 501 and love it, my family and friend love is and come over all the time to sample it.
