I used the Advanced formula some years ago and loved it. I recently tried Reclaim and was not thrilled. I lost my job and requested they hold my shipments and was told they could only hold it for 3 months. I was not settled in a place until the beginning of Sept. I called one day to late to change my address. I called again today 10/1/10 and they still don't know if it has been returned. I've been a member of Principal Secret since 2006 and have used the product off and on. I recently ordered the reclaim 6 beauty piece products and was very disappointed. It must have been a bad batch because the products in the 6 piece set broke me out so bad I had to discontinue using the products. The eye serum was the worst. I thoroughly enjoy the product-but when there was a recent mistake in my order, and I spoke to customer service about returning a few unopened pieces of the product, I was first told that I would have to pay shipping if I returned product! Realizing that I was getting no where with the rep, I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and then was informed that no one was available.
