I have been using Meaningful Beauty products for 2 years. The reason I kept ordering was that I loved the product and still do. The reason why I do not want to order anymore is that the customer service has become very LOW. I had an incident last year-my eye cream arrived pupped. I tried this product and it left my face dry and also left patches of redness. I am in the process of contacting the company now to return. I don't have the original box, so, I'm not quite sure how they will accept my return. I was (am) still looking for a good product. I signed up for a thirty day trial, cancelled my order, they said a ninety day supply was already on the way, I sent it back unopened put return to sender and they said they never recieved it, continued to bill me for the next two months, the product caused dry red skin. I do not recommend this product. I don't know if it's just me, but when I started using this product, it started to dry my skin. And they're money back guarantee will take forever. I called to cancel in May and they still kept on sending me the products and charging my account. Do not use this product and never try it. Read More »

I have been with Meaningful Beauty for about a year. I have experienced back orders, but they were able to compensate with trial size products in those cases. However, when 5 months passed and I did not receive a shipment (and was still charged), I contacted the company. First, I was told the product shipped and must have been lost in the mail. This product line popped up on my web browser and it looked interesting so I went to the website. I am very frustrated with the service. I was charged every month for the product, eventhough the agreement stated that it was going to be every 90 days supply. I never got the second and third package that I was charged. Meaningful Beauty has being charging customers with products they never receive. That is nor fare! Read More »

I loved the product. The service the company provided was unjust. I was shipped additional product after I had requested auto shipments be placed on hold, I returned the product, I was still billed for it, I called the # on the bill, was told that once I paid for the product, they would reship it to me (why would I want that?) and clear my account. Cancelled my account in March. They continued to ship product. Cancelled my account again June 2, returned product unopened. The company rep said they'd refund my money. They never did. Called company August 20. They have no record of my previous cancellations, won't refund money and will probably keep shipping the stuff and billing my credit card.
