Made an order for models and put in incorrect information, realized the mistake and immediately contacted the store with the corrected info to minimize hassle before they had shipped, but the owner was extremely rude and stubbornly refused to accept my corrected info. I placed this order on December 18th expecting to receive this well before Christmas. Not receiving an "Order shipped" notification, I emailed Waffle 3 days later asking about my order status with no response for over 10 days. I had plans to gift some of these models to my family. As a collector of model aircraft, WaffleCollectibles.com is always my first "go to." This is my tenth year in the hobby and I've relied on WaffleCollectibles.com to build my collection more than any other retailer in the industry. I have used Waffle for years now spending a good Chunk of Money on Models, Recently I got a model that was Defective from the Factory, even though it was beyond the Exchange Period ( I was on vacation when the Model arrived) Mike, was Quick to offer an exchange! I received an order with a model that had a manufacturer's defect. I emailed Waffle Collectibles and Michael was quick to respond and fix the issue. He assured me of a replacement when his restock arrived. Micheal shipped me my replacement along with a shipping label to send the defective back one. I have made mistakes on my orders a couple of times. Michael and his team always work with me to rectify it, sort out the correct billing and get me the models I want. I love their SALES! Not as many of the super deals on planes you actually want like there used to be, but I find generally Waffle Collectibles is either cheaper or very competitive. I´ve been ordering diecast models from WaffleCollectibles since its day #1 and I am proud of it. No complains so far and I highly recommend WaffleCollectibles to my friends and diecast collectors. Michael's website is my absolute favorite website to purchase diecast model airplanes. They always have the best collection sales, and their prices on their planes are very reasonable. He takes care of his customers by responding to your emails right away, and accommodates requests very timely. I've now purchased over a dozen models from Michael over this past nine months & he has treated me very well. He has been faithful to his word when I've placed an order (pre-orders take awhile but he states that upfront), & if I've had questions/concerns, he's been very good in responding. Do not do business with Michael Warfel or his company. I have had multiple bad experiences with them. The first instance was when he shipped my package to the wrong address and when I expressed my anger he said, "I shouldn't even waste time with you seeing as how pathetic your life must be" to start his email to me. I have purchased MANY toy planes & have only had four issues. 1. pre-order item wasn't shipped for months...info was in FAQs; i was new & didn't know how the industry of collectable planes worked. 2. Michael Waffle is a cheat, he has an Extremely Bad attitude and his customer service is the worst i have ever encountered, his 2-3 weeks shipping usually means 2-3 months or more . I still have not received the planes i ordered from him 3 months ago, Beware he charges your credit card even though the items are not shipped yet. Beware with this guy, he will delay the shipment of your models indefinitely notwithstanding they are in stock, but if you dare to complain you will only receive the worst insults, this is not the way to make proper business, and finally when I made my complain on a public forum he (Michael Warfle) shipped the models but he broke them just a psychotic guy can do. This is the worst company ever, do not buy from here. They will delay your order indefinitely, make up stories, and even take up to a year to ship something out. Very poor customer service. Orders can take a month or more to arrive. Prices are higher than in hobby shops and on competitor sites. When contacted, the customer representative, who I believe is the owner of the company, was aggressive and actually insulting, and offered no help at all.
