From the very first email, David was extraordinary. I had never shipped a car before and he helped me with the entire procss. He answered every question in detail. When I called or emailed him (a million times) I got detailed and thorough answers. He even called me to check on the progress to make sure the shipper had called me and it was picked up and delivered on time. I called a bunch of these places to get a quote for shipping a 2009 BMW from New Jersey to California. I spoke with about four different companies. I chose Safe-Direct after speaking with Michael Strickland. After getting a lot of quotes and doing a lot of research on auto transport companies, I chose to work with Honesty First Auto Transport because of their "A" ratings on BBB and Yelp.com. Honesty First Auto Transport went above and beyond normal customer service when delivering my car. Although they were not the least expensive quote I received, they were hundreds of dollars less than most of the other quotes I received. And what did I get for this great price? Alot of reviews on transportreviwes.com are fake, most people don't know this but most people get on the internet between 5 to 9pm so transportreviews.com write reviews for all their top paying sponsors at that time , why else would some crappy company pay someone thousands of dollars. I have probably had my car transported a total of five times within the past 3 years and dread it each time because of the unreliability of the transport companies and especially the drivers.
