Prior to becoming a customer with DatAvo, I was with AT&T (which stands for Able to Torment & Torture costumers). About a month ago I received a call from Datavo with some “too good to be true rates” for our 14 lines and DSL. I went for it in a heart bit. I’m tire of the At&t “we always win” approach any ways. I was hesitant to initially make the switch and am happy to have left AT&T after years of dealing with such poor service. It took longer than expected to switch, although the rates and everything are great and I'm happy with the service. Ordered bonded DSL service at my new place in Pasadena and getting 11Mb down - ridiculous!!! Couldn't be happier with the service, customer service has been helpful and the DSL works the way they sold it to me. Read More »

I switch my home phone line to Time Warner a year ago and it’s been very disappointing, I loved them as a cable company but as a phone provider they suck. Two months ago I switch my phone to Datavo and they offer me their internet services too. The service is great and I wish that I found Datavo a few years back it’s been saving me a lot of money that I over paid to Time Warner for the internet and to AT&T for my phone service. Read More »

I was waiting until I got my first bill before I posted anything about this company. I almost didn't sign up because the deal sounded like it was too good to be true, but I figured what the heck - if the service sucks I'll just leave. Terrible company. A sales representative ( David) came in my office saying he could save me money on my phone bill. I signed up for a 2 year contract at $84.00 a month. Salesman wrote on the contract the amount total is $84.00 a month. I get my first bill and the amount is much higher than what I agreed to on my contract. Datavo is a nightmare, I have Computers Repair business and the phone connection is horrible its gets cut off were on the phone with the customer and there is always noise in the lines and the sells reps Are LIERS specially REP with the Name MICHELLE, when you call her for any questions she never answer your calls and after living message never gets back to you, the Tec support they don't know what they are doing, one of my lines got disconnected middle of they day we called them so it can se... Our company has had the worst customer service. Datavo and their employees have made our lives much more difficult than needed. Every time we attempt to make additional changes, repairs, or any questions the experience is miserable. We are without a doubt going to change services as soon as possible. Our company switched from AT&T/TimeWarner to DataVo, since the service was installed we have experienced an array of service issues, from service outrage, inability to make outside calls, slow Internet connection, calls going directly to voicemail, calls being dropped, hunting feature not working and even people complaining that we sounded like ROBOTS over the phone. Prior to becoming a customer with DatAvo, i was with AT&T because there were no other phone companies available for my business in the area. Until two beautiful ladies walked in to my shop who were very friendly(bless there soul) had told me about DatAvo that offered 2 lines and DSL for an amazing low price compared to what i was paying for with AT&T for just 2 lines.
