I just bought a BMW 328I and called this company to tint my windows of my car. He told me that he would be at my house on Sunday at 9:00 am to tint my car, Phil the owner was about 20 mins. late. So I almost cancelled, i wish i did after Phil damage both front and rear windshields of my car by putting scratches and gouges in the glass with his razor blade. DO NOT TRUST this proprietor. This guy is horrible when it comes to Customer Service and I know because I work in the Customer Service industry myself. I agree that a few years back, he did a good tinting job on both our cars and since he did such a great job, we placed our trust in him. And since he did such a great job, when we recently purchased a new vehicle, we even took time to dig through our stash of business cards just to locate this guy and have him do the car tint on our brand-new... BEWARE of doing business with this company. The product and service is sold to you with a guarantee, but when it comes to it, you will pay for your own repairs and will never see your money back. The business fails to tell you of the risks in tinting your windows like for example "thermal shock" which will break your windows. You have to wait a 2 year cycle to know if your windows will take the stress. After getting all my windows tinted by Phil Brito the owner, one window cracked the 2nd day... Read More »
