Being new to the shipping business, I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about using Craters and Freighters of So CA to ship my mother’s valuable heirlooms back to my home in New York. The price seemed expensive until I received her items…..everything was perfectly boxed or crated and the items inside were all individually wrapped and protected. I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent packaging and shipping that Craters and Freighters of So CA did for us. Our furniture and office equipment arrived on time and in excellent condition. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. Their director, Jeff Neal, was courteous and conciencious and it was appreciated. I have used other shipping companies in the past with less than satisfactory results.
