I hired this company over a year ago and have had nothing but headaches since. Their prep work was inadequate, follow-up pretty much non-existent. After I paid them for a complete house painting I started having bubbling, cracking and preliminary to this date they aren't fixed. I've had numerous discussions with the owner and his reps and now after a year they say they won't fix it. They will not live up to their contract and are confrontational. Read More »

We are not here to tell you not to hire this company. That choice is yours. However, before you do please please please do your research, take 24 hours to sleep on the information that has been given to you. Get multiple bids!!!!! Don't get talked into anything. Discuss it privately with whomever the job effects. We highly recommend Southern California Construction Consultants, Inc, (SCCCI) for work needed around your home. We discussed our vision and SCCCI made it a reality. The front of our home had 50 year old river rock and old wood siding which they removed. They insulated walls, added new windows, and beautiful African mahogany front doors. We just had all our upstairs windows replaced. The quality is amazing and it makes such a big difference. The company was professional and easy to work with. The installation went smooth and quick. All installers spoke English which made the experience a lot easier for us. They left the house in the same shape as they found it, clean and spotless. We purchased Anlin windows for our home from SCCC in October 2012 and experienced a discrepency with the size of the front window that was ordered and installed. Apparently their was a mis-communication and an honest error had occured with the size that was ordered. However, even though this happened, SCCI was kind enough to replace the window with the actual size that we had originally expected. Delighted with the two windows and sliding doors installed by SCCCI a few weeks ago. Yes, the product is very fine. By the time one orders it, one will have had a complete education in its quality and benefits. We had TexCote applied by SCCCI in 1996, and had some warranty repairs done this week. The workman was pleasant and did a good job hydrowashing, filling cracks, re-applying TexCote and cleaning up. Overall, a satisfactory experience. Read More »

SCCCI recently worked on the exterior of my house. They reshot tex-cote and replaced facial board. They worked qucikly, did quality work and did an excellent job cleaning up when done. They were very conscience to not disturb neighbors and obey city codes. I highly recomend them for their hard working professionalism and quality workmenship. Read More »

I had windows, some minor remodeling and Tex Cote on the house. While they did the work quickly, I have had problems with the quality of the work. At one point, an employee hammered on an outside wall so hard it cracked an inside wall. I now have cracks on the outside of my house and the coating is bubbling off the house. They did try to repair the cracks, but decided they were structural and will not fix them now. Now I cannot even get them to return a phone call. Read More »

SCCCI installed 12 windows and 1 sliding door in my house. They did an outstanding job and I was more pleased than any of my neighbors who chose subcontractors who massed their house and provided low quality product. I am glad that they cold called me as I was tired of shopping around. If I could give less than one star, I would. This company will not stop calling me. I have repeated told them I am not interested and asked numerous times to be removed from their calling list. I still receive 5-10 calls from them PER WEEK!!! The calls will stop for a month or so, then resume again just as before. This has been going on for over a year. FINALLY!... A company that ACTUALLY does what they promise!...For the price they promise!...On time! My wife and I purchased 17 windows, two patio doors, and the lifetime guaranteed Coolwall coating system for our home. We had pricing ranging from $18,000 - $46,000! Buyer beware! The salesman was very courteous and gave an outstanding presentation. However, his first estimate came out to over $24,000 for 17 windows and 1 slider. I told him that I thought his estimate was more than twice what I thought was reasonable for the job. Within 5 minutes, he put together a new quote for just over $12,000...telling me that they'd give me the better price if I would allow the company to place a sign on my lawn for 30 days.
