Rosewill products ship defective and you can not speak to a live support technician. Instead what happens is a receptionist takes your information and if you are lucky your call is returned during a time when you are not working or busy. Since Rosewill is based in California the time zone is PST if you are on EST ex: New York you will get call returns at 10:30pm because of the time zone difference. Buyer beware!
