A++ I would highly recommend Koyal to any bride or party planner! I read some pretty horrible reviews on Koyal but decided to try it out for myself. Great prices, but more importantly I've got nothing but praise for the assistance I've received. Olive has bent over backwards to help me successfully get the items I needed for my wedding in Canada. I ordered ONE item and waited for three weeks for it to be delivered (yes, I should have checked after 10 days). I called the company and they had no record of my order, although they had no problem taking my money immediately after I clicked the confirm order button. I would not buy another thing from this company took my $547.00 payment for wedding invitations and I never received them. I emailed and phoned the company and they did not try to help or even offer a refund. They did not even give me a receipt or a consignment number to say that they had been sent which is very wrong since it is such a large company. Highly recommended. Recently ordered floralytes and centerpiece light bases for our party rental company in the UK. Really appreciate the fast communication over email with Olive. Slightly high shipping rates with Fed Ex, so could use some improvement there. However, the quality of products and prices are excellent, much better than what is available in the UK. As a wedding blogger I received two review samples from Koyal Wholesale: LED mini lights and cupcake wrappers. Koyal Wholesale was responsive and timely with email communication and did not pressure me to only give favorable reviews. I guess that's because their products come as described on their website. I placed an order with Koyal back in March,2011. I order tall cylinder vase along with rectangle vase and candle holders. Placed an order on 6/26/2011. Credit card was charged the same day for $536.xx worth of merchandise. I received a call a couple days later advising part of my order was on back order and it would be two weeks before they could ship it. Today I have checked and my order has not even been processed. They have not sent me the items that are in stock (they said I would have to pay additional shipping). Most reputable companies do not withdraw payment until they ship you the merchandise. Very unhappy with service. I ordered 4 candelabras from Koyal wholesale on their website. 3 of the 4 of them arrived broken. I tried calling their 888-98-KOYAL number. Did not have good customer service at all. Was told twice by different people that my paper lanterns order would ship 2-3 business days after it was processed, and it was not. I also had to purchase a size larger than what was available, even though the smaller size was on the website. I was reading the other testimonials and couldn't agree more with the happy customers. I'm sorry for the customers who did not have a great experience. This is the first e-commerce site where people have been friendly and helpful. I ordered a Halloween costume accessory (a scythe)...$39.99 for the item and around $29 for shipping. I emailed them asking why shipping was so outrageous and customer service rep stated that it was an oversize item and FedEx charges more to ship it. Amazing products, great customer service. I just ordered my favors, centerpiece supplies and decoration supplies for my wedding this month. Buyer Beware. This company does not offer any returns, credits or exchanges -- NOTHING. They do not make that little fact known on their order form or their home page for the consumer to see right up front. Seriously, in today's online market - what company does that and does not believe that the word will get out?
