Thank you for the excellent service. Laura in your office was great. She got my estimated scheduled the next day a Tuesday and I had the work completed in time for my out of town guests to arrive on Saturday. Your technicians were great. They knew exactly how to explain the process and even showed me how to use the microfiber mop to maintain the floors when they were done. Terrible customer service! I made an appointment with this company for someone to come to my home to evaluate how to seal some travertine tile. No one showed up on the scheduled date, and no one called to let me know the appointment needed to be cancelled. When I called the company, the representative I spoke with stated they would look into the problem and return my call, but she never called.
