I received a loan from Trading Financial Credit about 10 months ago. My dealings with them have been very beneficial. When I needed the loan they were quick to get it to me. Sent our first payment on time...two days after due date, and well over a week since payment was sent, received a call saying they never received. Turns out they moved and didn't bother to inform ANYONE. Finally received payment. Two months later, we are ready to pay off our loan completely. WHAT A JOKE. In the beginning, this was a pretty good experience as I was in a bind and needed fast cash. This company got my money to me within a couple of days. The 102% interest rate is a nightmare, but what can you do? Trading Financial Credit is very limited on how you can make payments to them. I am a little disappointed to read all the bad reviews and the blame game that follows. I, like most others that have to take these loans, knew everything going in. I read the contract. They walked me through it. They gave me a paper that listed out EXACTLY how the payments would work. They explained the high interest. I had a loan with this company and paid it off over 60 days ago. They still have not sent me my Title, it is "lost" somewhere in their Title Release Department, and Rosa Garay, in charge of that department, will not return my calls. Applying for the loan and getting it approved was very easy and the staff was helpful. Where there are big problems is even though every month I have paid on time I will continue to get phone calls from their collection dept accusing me of non-payment and every month I have to prove them wrong by showing them that they did indeed receive my payment. They will give you the loan very fast. BEWARE! That will be the last time they will be nice to you. It will be HELL from then on. They are very rude, inconsiderate and mean. I have bad experience with this company and notice that I am not the only one. I apply for car title loan, they approved me however my husband name is on the title too and he is out of town. So this staff told me to go to he DMV and either add there name on it or change the title from AND to OR and so we added they name on it. Trading Financial Credit LLC is ready to take advantage of anyone who is in a state of desperation. I paid them over $6000 trying to recover the title of my truck. They reposes it three times for being just a few days late and charged me fees on top of fees. They sold it for $6700 and still tried to collect another $1700 from me. If you are reading this I beg of you not to use this company for anything. They are legal Loan Sharks and should be out of business. They loan money at a 97% interest rate which should be illegal. Trading Financial Credit LLC is definitely a rip off charging 97% interest on each and every loan they give. After a year of making payments you will still owe what you originally borrowed and some. If you want to make a pay off they tell you that the pay off amount is X amount with $10 interest per day if you don't. this company comes and takes your vehicle after 15 days late and then they keep your car to resell it. they will not work with you on letting you get it back and make the payments. they loan the money to you at a fraction of the value and then they take it and resell it.
